Are you using the excuse that you can't afford to travel but continually live in luxury, comfort and excessive spending at home? Take time to evaluate your spending. Where can you cut back or what can you eliminate so you can go on that trip this year?

If you spend $13.70 a day on unnecessary expenses, you are wasting $5000 a year.
$5000 can get you a very nice trip/vacation.

10 Ways to Save NOW:

1) Stop buying your coffee, bottled water or other beverages outside the home. Daily Starbucks adds up. Make your coffee at home. Bring a reusable bottle of water from home as well.
2) Cigarettes or Alcohol or other vices. The average annual cost of smoking is $832 which is moderate airfare for an international flight (off season). Neither addiction is good for your health anyway.
3) Eating out. Limit this expense and prepare your own meals and eat at home.
4) Memberships- gym, boutique fitness studios, massage, cryo, etc.
5) Streaming services- Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc. It all adds up and truthfully, how much are you really using or watching?
6) Buying books- Use your local library, borrow from friends or use the neighborhood free book cabinets around town.
7) Monthly services/subscriptions: StitchFix (other clothing delivery), Bark box, monthly/weekly meal deliveries, cosmetic box of the month, etc. Stop these services and you could save $100 plus a month.
8) Pedicures and Manicures. Could you reduce or do these on your own for awhile to save money.
9) Reduce your living expenses. Could you downsize? Look into cheaper cell service or insurance.
10) Sell your unused and unwanted stuff for extra cash.

Remember to put all these $ savings into a separate savings account designated for travel only.
I want to hear about your wonderful trip planned for 2023 with all these money saving tips. No excuses!
