The pandemic had a huge infuence on real estate prices. The market exploded as buyers scrambled for limited inventory. Offers exceeded asking prices and sellers took advantage of the rally. Now, the rental market is feeling the squeeze.

In this episode of Sold in the 6ix, host Desmond Brown talks with Shea Kiely, the Executive Director of Housing Help, a tenant advocacy group. As rents rise, and the supply dwindles, tenants are facing the difficult task of not only finding a rental unit and affording it, but also seeing unethical and illegal practices by some landlords.
