ABOUT
Eron's story takes us through the new world of homeschooling while adjusting to rapidly changing norms and wrapping his mind around doing all of this while still working on keeping his businesses running. As the founder of two businesses Foxhall Catering and Cured & Crisp AND the chef at the Washington Waldorf School Eron has experienced the acute impact of social distancing and it's effect on the food industry.
