Today we are sitting down with Rodney Bullard. Rodney is the Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility for Chick-fil-A. He leads their community engagement, philanthropic, and sustainable strategies. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Chick-fil-A foundation, he has served at the Pentagon, as the assistant United States Attorney, White House Fellow, and worked closely with NASA administrators. As a true  Atlanta native, Rodney talks about his personal journey to get where he is. We also dive deep into stopping a project and transitioning it to someone else - something that is not often talked about in the nonprofit world,  responsibilities of corporations related to community, how to know if you’re doing the best you can, and more.
