Daryl Dixon Season 3 starts this Sunday, September 7th.

With the new season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon starting this weekend, Pete and Mike recently discussed the first two seasons. Pete and Mike have been fans of The Walking Dead franchise, and this show is set in a different setting than the original series. The first two seasons of Daryl Dixon have taken place in the French area of the world. It began with Daryl waking up in Paris and being thrust into an adventure. Season three will take place in Spain, as Daryl and Carol try to make their way back home.

The Walking Dead:

Daryl Dixon is the fifth spin-off, and sixth overall series in The Walking Dead franchise. There are currently three series playing off the finale of the original series. The other two are Dead City and The Ones Who Live.

Daryl Dixon:

The first season centered on the events in Daryl’s life as he sought answers about his missing friend. Norman Reedus reprises his role as Daryl from the original The Walking Dead series. Different faces join him in the first two seasons. Still, in the second season, Carol Peletier, played by Melissa McBride, reprises her role from the original series and finally catches up to Daryl, aiding him in his efforts to get a boy named Laurant to a safe place.

Earlier this year, AMC announced the third season was to start on September 7th. With that news, AMC also announced that Daryl Dixon will have a fourth and final season, which is set to begin filming in 2026.
