Today I am joined by holistic health coach, author, and blogger Diana Matuszak! Diana started her career as a CPA, but quickly realized that she wanted to follow her passion in health and wellness. Now, she lives in Italy with her husband who serves in the United States Air Force!

In this episode, we talk all about life in Italy, making a career transition, and how to fully embrace the season of life you are in.  I loved getting to hear about all of Diana's travels around Europe and what the military spouse life is like.  It seems like Diana has lived about 10 lives so far, and it was so great getting to hear her perspective on all of the change that has happened in her life!
