This week on Sneople at the Movies, your Sneople return to a topic that they discussed in the very first episode of the show: Practical effects versus CGI!

Matty and Helena start with mechanical puppetry and gush over their dear friends, Bruce the Shark of Jaws fame and the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park. They then move through topics such as when CGI is important and worthwhile and when it falls flat, why the Alien in Alien is so scary, and ask themselves if Stuart Little would have been better if he'd just been a little puppet. They talk about Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Star Trek at length, because it's them.

They also discuss the differences between Kermit and Yoda, a new discourse which is more vital than ever before (Mostly because they love both Kermit and Yoda).
