To round out the Halloween season, Sneople has friend of the show Leah back on to discuss one of her favorite genres: Kids on Bikes!
Starting (as per usual) with a definition of the genre, Matty, Helena, and Leah (No Ezra this week!) delve into some of the notable members of the genre and why they think they work or don’t work. Examples include Super 8, IT (both the mini series and the newer films), Stand By Me, The Goonies, Stranger Things, ET, and more!
For any and all of our Stranger Things fans in the audience - the offer to try and convince Matty to watch any season beyond 1 IS real and they ARE open to any arguments you have in defense of the show. They are also only sort of sorry for the yelling they do.
