SnapSessions! presents Episode 11 featuring an interview with German filmmaker/improviser Stefan Hillebrand, a director and innovator in film improvisation, as well as segments on Climate Denialism and an ode to the “Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band”.

Hillebrand talks about his childhood love of film, his introduction to improvisational theater and development as a performer, and then his work as a film director with Swiss director/editor Oliver Paulus. His long-time collaboration with the improv group, Dramalight and with his wife, German actress, Isolde Fischer is explored in detail. Don’t miss this fascinating look at contemporary German filmmaking, and at improvisation as a cinematic tool.
