We debrief LOTS of goings on: Sri Chinmoy 2miler, Bristol 10K and Half Marathon, Leeds Marathon and Copenhagen Marathon, respectively.

We will be at the GWR Towpath 10K on Friday - come and say hi if you're running.

We forgot to mention the Weston Super Mare Half - huge congrats to legend Kieron Summers who took the win in 1:16:15
