I would layer my clothes like a lot of Midwesterners. 
Extra layers meant extra protection & a non-verbal cue to me, I'm feeling a little unsafe with the world around me so add another layer & another & another until you "feel" it.
I would feel the subtle changes & tension when I added more clothing knowing it may take longer to get ready & out the door, but I am prepared because this is (society not accepting what they can't see? Really?) WAR.

Also, the thickness of a keep tells you something about (a) offense or (b) defense or (c) both?

In order to do stand-up I had the continual visualization of a bulletproof vest & a _____ ____ indicating "I do not feel safe." How the environment can create (a) instant calm (b) sense of safety in order to more easily transition (c) awareness when someone is using SABOTAGE.

The way I type is to break up the visual landscape since I do remember how uncomfortable tech is for multiple reasons. For one, out of sight, our of mind, like once my closet doors are closed, I don't recall what's in there.
