The 2nd conversation with office supervisor who did not immediately call back regarding an issue so was elevated when joined, but by end, able to bring everything down because got all info needed to make a good decision.

This hospital has no policy for suicide since it's a big deal to share this & when it's denied, it creates a lot more havoc, but aa isn't where suicide originated. That was NWMH with behavior between two doctors that really shows why western medicine cannot help their clients unless they elevate what their clients are saying.

Yesenia did a great job, but their disinterest in suicide & repeated miscommunication did create symptoms that popped up (I put down in my phone VM/voice) & as the p/t, the best you can do is when in the moment,  GET EVERY THING OUT (say it all no matter what) & IT'S OK to INTERRUPT since you do not want to add ore audio noise, but perhaps mention that ahead of time. I did talk over this person a lot. I do hear the enunciation & attitude (to me just YAY! I'm talking!) but overall a great achievement.
