this conversation about a photo did happen--couldn't find the digital copy (ok) & the answer to when you listened to the voice memo was not. 

The only difference is ASKING THE QUESTION to understand tech better, but also providing the environment (like a classroom) to do ONE ACT THAT RESTORES RELIABILITY (formally, "one act of kindness" towards difference/disability more specifically cognitive/academic dysfunction) after doing behaviors that remove that characteristic & even become a prompting event. What "prompts" a symptom or negative behavior.
