What happens when you have a great business idea? How do you grow your idea into the next stage?

In this episode I talk about Mind Dumping all the thoughts and ideas down onto paper, nothing is too silly. You can jump all over the place because you can sort edit and delete things later. 

From this we can work out; 

• What is your business idea and how will it function?  
• Who is your ideal customer and what problems can you solve?  
• Then get clear on why.
