Biking for Applesauce

Today's adventure: biking to our local farmer's market in search of the ever elusive "yellow transparent" apple, a variety that grew on a tree in my great grandmother's backyard that you can't buy in stores because their shelf life is so short, but they make THE BEST applesauce.
