29. Fear of Rejection

Skip discusses how he showed up in dating (in the past and at points now) and how it leaked into other portions of his life. He struggled with staying present due to coping mechanisms he developed in his childhood. Unfortunately, those bad traits come up in the professional AND romantic realms. Rejecting others before they reject you was a common narrative. The hard part is trying to break that cycle.
