Episode 017: Getting a Job without a resume [JOB]

When submitting resumes online, it can be a big black hole with not feedback.

An alternative approach would be to network with folks and get to know them. Spend some time to build rapport and understand their current challenges and opportunities.

Then create a little project that showcases some of your skills and experience to solve those problems.

Show it to them.

Maybe get some feedback from your mentors or peers first.

Then learn from the experience. And REPEAT!

While each submission may take longer than submitting your resume, the likelihood of a response and the learning will be well worth it!
