Cheslie Kryst, the 30 yr. old lawyer, TV correspondent, and Miss USA 2019 took her life on January 30.  After reading my guest Coach Kofi William's blog, I felt compelled to broach this important topic. 

One of my inspirations for starting this podcasting journey was the suicide of blogger Karyn Washington, who suffered from depression at the passing of her mother; she was 22. 

Kofi and I talk about what had her check in to a hospital 30+ years ago, BW redefining what it means to be strong, how to transform your life, and more.
