Silicon Bites - #30 - Planes, Warships and Communication Centres - Russia is Losing Badly to Ukraine

It is suspected that nearly 80 Russian sailors were aboard the
Novocherkassk landing ship during the strike by Ukraine. The missile hit
the bow of the ship, leading to a massive explosion and fire. British
defense minister claims Ukraine has destroyed 20% of Russian Black Sea
fleet in just 4 months. Loud explosions were heard in the port area of
Feodosia in temporarily occupied Crimea in the early hours of Dec. 26.

Air Force Commander Mykola Oleschuk reported a strike on the large
landing ship Novocherkassk, expressing gratitude to Ukrainian pilots.
The Ukrainian Air Force later confirmed that the attack was carried out
with cruise missiles - most likely the Storm Shadow supplied by Great
Britain.
