355. Kostiantyn Koshelenko - Introduces his New Book on Management Forged During the Heat of Conflict.

Kostiantyn Koshelenko has created a unique book, on management in times
of war. The book emerged not by choice but by necessity, following
Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. From the
beginning of the chaos of war, Kostiantyn felt compelled to record his
thoughts and observations. It grew to become a collection of reflections
that shaped and refined his management practices, allowing him and his
team to adapt strategies and prepare for unexpected challenges. These
notes, based on a brutal and fast-changing reality, transformed into a
book, forged during the heat of conflict, which forms the basis of
today’s interview.

Kostiantyn Koshelenko is a Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine
for issues of digital development, digital transformations, and
digitalization. He has an MBA degree from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business
School and a diploma from the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy.
Kostiantyn is an honorary professor at the Alfred Nobel University and
the IBS-ANU International School of Business, where he lectures on
transformational management. Today, in the Ukrainian government,
Kostiantyn is responsible for the implementation of the Unified
Information System of the Social Sphere and the development of online
services for Ukrainian citizens.
