John 1:1 -- Join us for this new sermon series in the Gospel according to John, one of Jesus closest friends and disciples. Together we will explore the following background questions.

- Why is John often the first book that many recommend to new Christians or not-yet Christians to read through?
- Why is John’s gospel so different than the other three?
- How do the four gospels play or dance together to give us a more accurate portrait of who Jesus is?
- Why does it seem that John decided to write his gospel at such an old age?

As we seek to ask and consider these questions together, I hope to give you the backstory behind what will be the series subtitle: “What [exactly] do you think I believe?”
