She spent 12 years working as a court social worker helping families in crisis. She quit her job to run her own coaching business and does that, as well as working as a private therapist at the Wellness Center in Oxford, CT.

But she’s also a divorced mom to a 12-year-old girl. She’s been divorced for 5 years now and she was the one who decided she wanted the divorce. Even as a master’s level educated helper, her divorce was devastating.

Now, she is passionate about helping others through their own divorce.
