16: Tess Elias, UTS 100km podium, life shifts & time in the mountains

Very happy to welcome Tess Alias on the podcast, ultra runner based in North Wales. We recorded this episode a couple of weeks after Ultra Trail Snowdonia, where she was second female on the 100k. Join us while she takes us through her race, the highs, lows, the training and recovery. We also discuss running helping her recover from burn-out, re-shaping her life to live fully, and make time outdoors in the mountain a priority.
