Co-Parenting within a Committed Relationship

Caring for children requires a lot of our time and energy.  When we are in a relationship it can become easy for each partner to slip into roles that may not serve the family as a whole.  Often, we want to be helpful or to ask for help but end up in a place where one partner feels underappreciated and the other feels uncertain about their role.
