After 30 years as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry, Kelly realized that she wanted to make a bigger impact reaching out to more women globally who would love to grow their confidence. She is growing her global community of women who want to learn more about beauty inside and out, building their confidence.

Confidence is more than makeup and a trendy hairstyle. They increase their confidence by stepping out of their comfort zone and daring to do new things. After graduating with a Business degree and finishing cosmetology school, she owned and operated a salon for 30 years. She added skincare, cosmetics and developed leadership skills and built a large successful organization in the beauty industry.
