This episode is the second part of episode 14.
After being held against her will and assaulted by her narcissistic ex-husband, Heather Fotch courageously escapes and embarks on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
"You have to love yourself, because no one else is going to make you happy. But narcissists don't know how to love themselves. It's a deep-rooted trauma response, and so they look for supplies to make themselves happy."

Little did she know, she was about to experience a vicious assault by her husband, a man with narcissistic personality disorder. She eventually came to understand the tactics and abuse she had endured for the previous 15 years, and her life began to change that night.
