Megan Tobler, a 32-year-old account executive, embarks on a mission to encourage young women to be brave, take chances, and become entrepreneurs, only to realize that the key to success is to take that initial, seemingly impossible step of bravery.

Megan  is an account executive at an emerging tech company and the host of the Selfstarter Podcast. She is passionate about helping women take risks and forge ahead in their lives and businesses.

Megan was an ambitious young woman with a mission to help other women become more entrepreneurial and brave. She studied abroad in college and entered the workforce as an account executive. She took the first step to become an entrepreneur: signing up for a podcasting class. With each step, she gained more courage to put herself out there and eventually started her own podcast. Even when faced with rejection, she pushed through, realizing that the key to success was to be brave and get started. With a newfound sense of authenticity, she inspires other women to take the first step toward their dreams.
