Amid a season marked by busyness, Hosts Holly Newton and Dina Deleasa-Gonsar are having conversations on savoring the wonder of Jesus and the Christmas Story; focusing our time and attention on what matters most. 

In this season let's pause and ask ourselves what are we hoping for in this Christmas season. 

In this week's episode Holly and Dina dive into a conversation on the unlikely yet chosen ones who were among the first to receive the news of Christ's birth. Some highlights include:

• Shepherds - unlikely to be chosen yet postured to respond to the miraculous
• Faithfulness of those who played a part in the birth of Jesus 
• The significance of Mary's pause and pondering
• The contrast and consequences between Mary’s and Zachariah’s response the news of Jesus 

We're asking ourselves and you these questions:

• Many if not most of us would ever feel “enough” to be like Mary. We could dive into what do you do when you feel like you’re not enough?
• What would you have done in Zachariah's shoes? In Mary's?
• In what ways can you take a risk and trust God?
• Are our hearts ready to receive how God chooses to show up in our lives? 
• What can cause us to miss Him?
