In today's episode, we hear from Karen Harmon. She is a homeschool mom, physical therapist, and business owner, who also serves her local church on the worship team, as a leader over several small groups, and in the media department doing on-camera work and voice-overs.
Karen has spoken at conferences and seminars and has sat on several live event, curriculum, and TV panels discussing anything from leadership and spiritual disciplines to motherhood and ministry. She occasionally writes at karenharmon360.com and has contributed several articles for various publications and websites. With transparency and humor, Karen loves to encourage and empower women to passionately pursue Jesus and their God-given dreams, purpose, and callings through all their many roles. Karen and her husband Lee have been married for 15 years, have 3 amazing children, and reside in Dallas, Texas!
In today's conversation Karen talks about:
Grief and disappointment
You are not alone
Letting go in order to advance
One word from the Lord can change everything
We have to know who God says we are
Awakening can't happen without remembrance
Over one thousand women in-person and online gathered for Exhale 2021! Souls were stirred deeply for the plans and purposes of God on April 24th in Austin, Texas and across over ten states and three countries. This is just the beginning of a new chapter of Exhale Women. We were encouraged and challenged to fix our eyes on Jesus - the author and perfected of our faith. To look to Him alone for identity and approval. To keep walking with Him when things don't look like we think they should.
We heard from Holly Newton, Exhale Visionary and Founder, The Exhale Podcast Team Co-Hosts including Anna Lise Lillard, Annette Yanez, and Cassie Cooper, Karen Harmon, Aimee Parsley, and Kim Swafford.
