She is also a podcast host, seasoned speaker, and a doctor of occupational therapy, pediatric occupational therapist, and high performance coach. Dr. Jennifer spent years on her own journey, learning how to overcome her own struggle with anxiety and overwhelm. After years of frustration and feeling like she was living on autopilot and default mode, Jennifer dove headfirst into understand the research and science behind body-mind connection.
