I think it's super easy to see what people show you physically and for people to smile when you're in conversation or in a meeting. Sometimes even passing by. Looking on social media you get to see the things people want to show you and the times in between are questionable.

Being a Podcaster, there is a fresh place to express yourself and the way that you decide but when you invite people into your mind of how you thought through past decisions and situations.
