Today would have been my dads 102 b day

Rest could be, no social media, no calls, no emails, no leaving the house and no driving. Go in your back yard, put your feet in grass without shoes.

We are always on the go and rest is always needed in order for us to be our best selves.

Now I'm not saying you cannot sleep or nap... do what ya body needs.
