I love the number two... If its all tasty... I can have one now and then later. If we want to care and love other people, how can we do that without loving self first? Our first romantic and constant relationship even with other people, should be with us. Then reach out of our "me ways" and love other people how they feel loved.

Speaking in a monogamous way... but how we love ourselves is super important. Its Just a bonus, something healthy to think about.
