Putting thought into how you can enhance or elevate their experience may be simple and easy items that you can add to your home, or you can go all out and arrange special deliveries or surprises.

Once your guests have booked their stay, your work has only just begun.  What is it you are going to provide to ensure their stay is memorable.  How can you  enhance their stay??
