Suely Rivera is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Life Coach, the owner and lead therapist of In Bloom Counseling and Wellness, LLC.  She holds a Masters in Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Suely shares her story of working through having a mother with bipolar schizophrenia, she shares how that  impacted her relationship with her mother. She talks about dealing with depression, binge eating and unhealthy coping mechanisms during what felt like a grieving of her loss of family. She shares the boundaries she had to place and how she found hope.
