4:05: The dialogue that happens between our ears is by far the biggest challenge that my clients and team members have struggled with as we’ve worked on their personal brands. It’s really easy to get in our own way, not fully invest in ourselves and fail to completely put ourselves out there in a bigger way. 

4:33: We get in our own way for more than anyone else does. 

6:56: Remember that the most important element is that you are consistent, clear, and cohesive. If you deviate, you will dilute your impact. Don’t do that. 

7:16: Personal branding is far more than the aesthetic elements of your brand. It’s about your total package and how you share that message with the world.
