"And it's interesting because we can hold these low opinions by the obstacles that we put in place, especially in the workplace. Right? Obstacles preventing folks from growing, you know, not giving them the resources or, you know, creating toxic environments are examples of holding low opinions of others. The environment in which we're in that, you know, one that doesn't allow for the growth or support. I caught myself doing this recently with someone because their first few assignments had some errors."
