"My confidence, my internal confidence, my confidence has been shaken in this new environment, new people, you know, I don't know how they move. I don't know anything really. I'm learning their environment, and I'm being adaptable there, doing what they want me to do. I'm not here to exercise my will because I am in learning mode. In fact, it's way too soon for me to even contribute anything that would improve the environment."
