On a tough run, we tend to try and push through the pain or ignore it completely, but that can actually make the pain feel larger than it really is. Instead, practice mindfulness to accept the pain and learn to run with it.
Use this meditation before your run, or any time you want, to practice mindfulness and learn how you can use it during your run. Then, get out there are shatter it!
