Long runs use to be my least favorite day because before I even started my run, I would try to talk myself out of going and I'd dread spending that much time running. This may sound like you too. I'm happy to report that it doesn't have to be like this. Now, I love my long runs because I think about them differently. All I'm focused on is completing the mileage, no fast pace and no time goal.
