We all know the benefits of a cool down and stretch after a run, but how many of us actually stretch as much as we need to? Oftentimes, we get caught rushing to our next thing we say there's just no time. Use this meditation to motivate yourself to stretch even when you have a busy day because just 5 or 10 minutes of stretching after a run is better than nothing and you owe it to you body!
