We aren't immune to challenging runs no matter how much work we put in. That's a good thing though because tough runs are where we can learn and grow to become even stronger runners. You just have to be willing to accept the tough runs and take the time to learn from them!
Use this meditation after a particularly challenging run to reflect and focus on one or two aspects you can improve so you can absolutely shatter your next run.
