We naturally tie our confidence to our performance so if we have a bad run, our confidence tends to be low and if we have a good run, our confidence increases. We shouldn't rely on our performance to tell us how we feel about our running abilities though. We can use each run as a way to build ourselves up.


Use this meditation after you shatter a run as part of your cool down to increase your confidence by picking out aspect that were in your control.
