I recently ran a half marathon and missed my goal of running sub 1:30 by 58 seconds! It's been difficult to accept missing my goal because I've put in so much work and energy to reach this point. But the sooner I can acknowledge that I still ran a 5 minute PR and accept the situation, the sooner I can get back to work!
