Today I talk about something that has been on my mind a lot lately which is noise. Noise is not what it used to be, it's no longer really music that is playing too loud, or the TV volume is too high. We have so much noise to deal with these days, and so do our kids. There is noise around physical nutrition, who should you listen to? There is our own psychological noise, how do you stop that from becoming anxiety? There is even spiritual noise; how do I know my purpose when there are so many people out there talking about so many different things related to spirituality and a purposely lived life! Join me to give it all a ponder.
