I'm happy to be back in my podcast chair and even more excited to share with you some updates and changes I've gone through since my last update.  Come along for the ride that led me to a pivot in my business and where I landed with it (hint: Integrated Reiki) and laugh along with me as I try to come up with an elevator speech to explain it all to folks who have never heard of Reiki before.  I bomb completely but hey, everything in life is a work in progress!
