This is a passion project for me today, to start the conversation around understanding Insulin Resistance. It is vitally important to our health and wellbeing to understand this "buzz word" going around because it is so much more than a fad, so much more than an "IT" word. It is one of the most important body processes for us to focus on and my intention is to explain it in a way that everyone can easily visualize, understand and even maybe chuckle at a little bit.
