Douglas Parker, Professor of Meteorology, University of Leeds, discusses modern meteorology in the UK and Africa and its contribution to climate modelling.
His research is on the interaction of weather systems with global circulation and the resultant impacts on society. Professor Douglas Parker is affiliated with the NCAS (National Centre for Atmospheric Science) & the NORCE Norwegian Research Centre in Bergen.
