Hey it's me this week I talk about things like heartache, buying nails, joyless sundaes, infomercials and cultural corner. Did ye enjoy the weekend? I'm trying to get healthy and get out of a mental slump - sorry if I have been down a bit recently - I'm trying to get out of bed at 7ish every morning and go for a walk to start enjoying life.
