Sineadh is an Irish MMA fighter from Mayo, Ireland. She is currently training at SBG HQ in Dublin, where she aspires to dominate the female MMA scene in the upcoming years. At only 19 years old, she holds records in both Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing tournaments. We talk about how she started MMA, her influences, her fights, her own business as a PT and much more.
